Reflexology
- $85 ($60 per session for multiple session pkg)
Is an ancient practice dating back to at least 3,000 years ago, and
is currently widely practiced in many areas of the world with great
success. In the past 50 years, it has become increasingly more popular
in the United States. This therapeutic session focuses pressure on the
reflex points of your feet that correspond with muscles, organs and
glands throughout your body. A treatment program can be designed
specifically for you with multiple session discounts available.
Swedish Massage, Full Body - $95
Primarily for overall relaxation. Using the five Swedish massage
techniques of effleurage (long, gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading
strokes), friction (deep rubbing strokes), tapotement (tapping), and
vibration techniques, the focus is on bringing the body back into a
relaxed state. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is
suggested in a regular program for stress management.
Therapeutic Massage - $95
Depending on your health
issues, a variety of modalities are incorporated into this massage
treatment for the best results. These include Swedish massage, Deep
Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Thai massage
techniques. More time is focused on those areas of tension where you need it most.
Massage for Head/Neck/Upper Back - $50
Do you hold your tension in your head, neck, shoulders and back? This
can be caused by being hunched over a computer, or driving, or just
feeling like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders.
This half hour session focuses on releasing these tensions from the muscles of the
upper body only, those areas that are most prone to stress.
Facial Massage
- $50
Gently stimulates the skin and muscles of the face and neck, to
increase circulation and improve muscle tone, as well as the benefits of
relaxation of facial and eye muscles, relief from tension headaches,
relief from sinus congestion, or just a wonderful treatment for
relaxation. Special facial oils are applied to facilitate movement over the delicate facial areas.
Foot Bath with Foot Massage – $50
How incredibly soothing to soak your feet in warm, scented water.
Then
top it off with a wonderful foot massage.
Great for circulation and to
create a sense of total relaxation!
