My interests have always been in health, trying to improve mine, which was a lengthy journey. At the age of 33, I met my father for the first time. He told me he had become a reflexologist, and explained to me that it consisted of pressure points on the feet that help the body.  In that first conversation, he told me how to work on my feet to help with my chronic sinus condition I had suffered with since I was 15 years old.  Every year, I had endured repeated sinus infections, colds, and bronchitis.  He gave me a detailed description of the proper technique, then said, "do this for about 20 minutes a day and you'll start getting some relief."  I was off work the next two days, and every chance I got, I worked on my feet. After about 5 hours of working on them off and on the first day and 5 hours the second day, with sore toes and sore fingers, I woke up the third day and was completely - YES, COMPLETELY - free of any sinus congestion.  I could breathe through both nostrils. No post-nasal drip. No sinus headache. It was all gone.  It was 11 years before I had another sinus infection, and have had only two such instances in a total of 19 years! My health improved in many ways, and now I can happily say that I have never felt better, my health is excellent, has been for years, and along with a healthy outlook on life, I expect it to continue.

I became a member of the International Institute of Reflexology in 1997, and have incorporated both Reflexology and Massage Therapy in my practice to assist in each individual's quest for health and well-being. My interests outside of this work have always been in complementary health, and include nutrition, energy work, psychology, and all aspects of growth for the mind, body and spirit. It is my goal to continue to provide these skills for the benefit of not only myself but also those I come in contact with both personally and professionally.

"My friend, saying that you don't have time
to improve your thoughts and your life
is like saying you don't have time to stop for gas
because you are too busy driving.
Eventually it will catch up with you."
