The better our bodies feel, the better our minds can work to help us use good judgments and create the best life we can for ourselves. I am committed in my business as well as in my life to do the best I can with my health and wellness skills to help you be the best you can.
Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the reflex points on the feet that correspond to the organs, glands and muscles of the body. It is an amazing therapy that can do wonders to help "tune-up" and thus assist the body to function more efficiently.

Swedish Massage, Full Body - Primarily for overall relaxation. Using the five Swedish massage techniques of effleurage (long, gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading strokes), friction (deep rubbing strokes), tapotement (tapping), and vibration techniques, the focus is on bringing the body back into a relaxed state. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.
